Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day client service support:
ensure that client is kept informed about project
status and that all client materials, requests, and
edits are properly communicated to the development
team.
- Work with the project manager to
ensure that design and development is progressing
according to the specifications of the written estimate
and client expectations
- Review, evaluate and proof all
client deliverables
Consult client on all aspects of current and future
projects
- Assist in development of project
estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Create the necessary paperwork
to support projects (invoices, project tickets, POs,
etc)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a BA
or MA and 2-5 years of experience managing interactive
projects as an account executive or assistant AE within
an agency setting. He/she must possess excellent organization
and communication skills, an excruciating attention
to detail, and have extensive client interaction experience.
Planning, problem solving, and management skills are
also important. A solid understanding of interactive
technologies (Flash, HTML, DVD authoring, etc.) is essential.
