Serino Coyne, a full-service advertising and marketing agency servicing the world’s leading theatrical producers and the most prestigious theatres and performing arts centers in the nation, required NYCD’s assistance in promoting Hairspray, the award-winning Broadway musical. The result was an interactive DVD direct mail piece that was distributed to Broadway theatre-goers.
NYCD authored the DVD interface by reformatting and animating the existing Hairspray branding and designs. Included on the DVD were actual musical tracks as well as coupons for discounted tickets. Other services included the printing, packaging, and manufacturing of the 500,000 DVDs.
